Assistant, Customer Services
- To deliver one-stop services at customer service counters
- To assist in promotion events and redemption programs
- To handle customer’s enquiries
- Form 5 Standard or above
- With working experience in customer service field preferred
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin
- Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Excel, Word and preferably Chinese Word Processing
- Responsible for day-to-day facility management of shopping mall, office towers and car park
- Form 1 or above, good command of spoken Chinese and English
- Holder of Security Personnel Permit and certificate of recognized Quality Security Training Course
- With working experience in property management field preferred
- Responsible for maintenance work of water supply, electricity and air-conditioning systems in the shopping mall
- Form 3 or above, good command of spoken Chinese and English
- Holder of Green Card
- Registered Grade A Electrical Worker will be an advantage
Coordinator, Operations
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operation and promotion events of the ice rink and skate school
- Handle customers’ enquiries
- Shift duty is required
- DSE or above
- With relevant experience is preferred
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Knowledge of skating will be an advantage
- Personal attributes: Customer oriented, strong sense of responsibilities, patience, pay attention to details, good communication skills and maintain good relations with customers
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overall planning and arrangement of skating lessons
- Coordinate with customers and coaches about the arrangement of skating lessons
- Responsible for ice rink daily operations and promotion events
- Handle customers’ enquiries and enrollments
- Shift duty is required
- DSE or above
- With relevant experience in customer service or sales field is preferable
- Knowledge of skating will be an advantage
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Proficiency in computer skills, MS Word & Excel
- Personal attributes: Customer oriented, strong sense of responsibilities, patience, pay attention to details, good communication skills and maintain good relations with customers
